Art Deco Side Table – Calloway

The Calloway art deco side table is a clear example of furniture from the late 1920s and early 1930s, where curved lines sit alongside clean volumes. The top, legs and base are all finished in figured burr walnut veneer, with distinct flame grain and small knots that give the surface depth.

The table stands on a layered foot, where a narrow black band in the base sets off the warm wood. Four elongated U-shaped legs carry the top and run down to a central block, forming an open frame that works well with a bronze sculpture, a lamp or books.

A single drawer is built into the rails just below the top, also in burr walnut veneer and fitted with a metal knob. It holds smaller items such as keys, reading glasses or correspondence.

Each Calloway is made by hand by experienced cabinetmakers. The veneer is carefully selected and book-matched so the grain stays balanced across the surface. A protective coat of varnish brings out the honey tone of the burr walnut and makes the table suitable for everyday use in a living room, hallway or bedroom.

Warranty

All of our products come with a 24-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care.
