Art Deco Round Side Table – Nocturne

The Nocturne is an Art Deco side table with the after-hours mood of the Roaring Twenties: dimmed lights in a jazz club, a saxophone playing low, and a table that completes the scene.

The round top is laid in dark Macassar ebony veneer, with the deep, banded grain and quiet luxury the wood is known for. A lacquer finish gives it a low sheen and draws out the natural pattern, which is matched with care across the top.

The base keeps to clean geometric lines, with legs in contrasting black-lacquered wood that curve up to the top. Dark across top and frame, the table reads as restrained and self-contained.

Use the Nocturne as a side or coffee table in an Art Deco living room, or as a bedside table. It pairs well with other period pieces, such as a bronze Art Deco lamp or a velvet armchair, for a room with the feel of a 1920s speakeasy.
