Gemberpot – Double Happiness – blauw wit

Deze Chinese gemberpot van porselein is uitgevoerd in het tijdloze kobaltblauw met het iconische Double Happiness (Shuangxi) motief. Dit krachtige symbool staat in de oosterse traditie centraal voor dubbel geluk en harmonie. Het decor is rijk versierd met gestileerde lotusbloemen en verfijnde ranken, die in de Aziatische cultuur symbool staan voor puurheid en een voorspoedig leven.

De gemberpot is vervaardigd uit een hoogwaardig mengsel van kaolien en petuntse en gebakken op 1400°C. Dit proces resulteert in een zware, verglaasde scherf van uitstekende kwaliteit met een heldere klank. Dankzij de ambachtelijke afwerking en de subtiele antiek-look heeft de pot het karakter van een authentiek verzamelstuk.
