Chinese Tulip Vases Amélie – Pair

This pair of Amélie tulip vases is inspired by 19th-century Qing dynasty models and hand-painted with a refined floral décor in shades of cobalt blue. Each vase is composed of three detachable sections, carefully crafted from fine Chinese porcelain and subtly aged to evoke the charm of antique originals.

The porcelain’s exceptional quality results from a precise blend of pure kaolin and feldspar (petuntse), fired at temperatures above 1400°C. This process produces a fully vitrified body — dense, resonant, and distinguished by its characteristic weight and clarity of tone.

Entirely handmade using traditional techniques, the Amélie vases are not only functional pieces for floral arrangements but also sculptural objects that enrich any classical or modern interior with a sense of history and artistry.
